New Poll!

So there are a lot of history fiends (er, friends) dropping by and reading...use the poll in the sidebar to let me and, you know, the world at large know what your favorite era to read, write, or recreate is. Extrapolate on why or expound on how asking you to pick only one is so terribly wrong in the comments.

Oh, you can't mix Regency with Victorian! That's blasphemy. Much better to put it with the previous era, then I could have everything I want (1660-1830)!

Arabella--I know, it killed me not to break this down further--but that would have been a monster poll! I cringed a bit to put exploration and revolution together, too--but that's what the comments are for, hehe :)

So you're an eighteenth-century-ophile with some love for the bookend years, I see :)

bookend years--I like that. Good way of describing them.

I enjoy the medieval era and not necessarily the rest of the ancient times. But yes, you have to group them somehow without creating a monster poll. I look forward to your final results.

I voted the Regency!!!...and...Victorian and Edwardian. I'm fond of the Victorian era. But not so much the Edwardian. Well, just a bit. There aren't too many Historical romances set in that period. Can't imagine why though... But I did read A Room With a View--which is why I'm sort of fond...ok no more rambling

Honestly, I love sewing/wearing costumes from all the eras.

Kathleen--yes, that category covered all manner of sins, didn't it? Glad you voted!

June--I loved Room with a View. And those sweet white summer dressed from the Edwardian era :)

Connie--I should have included an all of the above :) But I was trying to be more thought-provoking lol.
